We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Technology Procurement Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage the procurement of IT solutions, optimize vendor relationships, and align technology investments with business goals.
Role Description
What You’ll Do
- Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, SaaS platforms, and cloud services
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and technology goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and service providers
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations to secure best value and terms
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts
- Drive cost optimization and budgeting initiatives across technology spend
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and leadership teams to forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management practices
- Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and vendor records
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in procurement workflows
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and emerging technology solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud procurement
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs, and sourcing strategies
- Strong analytical and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations teams
- Familiarity with procurement tools or ERP systems is a plus
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is preferred
